Large-Scale Decorative Lighting Project Completed and Shipped
A large-scale decorative lighting project has been completed and shipped after moving through fabrication, assembly, inspection, packing, and loading at our factory.
The order included several large decorative structures for outdoor installation. Each unit was built around a reinforced metal frame and assembled before packing to check the overall structure, finish, and fit of the main components. Production and Assembly
Production started with the metal framework, followed by surface treatment and assembly of the decorative sections. The photos show the structures at different stages on the factory floor, from unfinished frames to assembled units ready for final inspection.
Several parts of the order were produced at the same time, allowing fabrication and assembly to move forward without holding up the next stage of the job.
Building the Main Structures
The larger decorations used reinforced metal frames designed for outdoor installation. During fabrication, the team checked the main joints, connection points, and overall frame stability before the decorative sections were assembled.
Once assembly was complete, each unit was inspected before moving to the packing area. This helped catch any issues before the structures were prepared for transport.
Packing and Loading
Each component was packed to suit its size and shape, with protective materials added around areas that could be damaged during handling or transport.
The packed sections were then arranged for loading, with larger pieces positioned carefully to use the available space efficiently and keep the shipment secure during transit.

After the final inspection, the completed structures moved directly into packing and loading. The shipment marked the final step of this production run, with the finished components leaving the factory ready for transport and on-site installation.
For large decorative lighting orders, careful packing is just as important as fabrication. The structures need to arrive in good condition and remain practical to unload, move, and assemble at the project site.
