Large Teddy Bear Christmas Light Production and Shipment
This large teddy bear Christmas light was completed in our factory as a custom holiday display project. The finished decoration features a warm golden body, a red Christmas hat, a red bow tie, and a bright white face.
Its three-dimensional shape remains clear from both the front and sides, making it suitable for shopping malls, Christmas markets, hotel plazas, theme parks, commercial streets, and seasonal photo areas.
Metal Frame Production
Production began with the internal metal frame. The head, ears, body, arms, facial area, and bottom support were formed separately and welded into the complete teddy bear structure.
The team checked the overall height, body proportions, symmetry, and support points during welding. The head, ears, and arms were adjusted before the lighting and decorative materials were installed.
The completed frame provided the base for the lighting layout and final surface finish.
Manual Shape Adjustment
The rounded body, head, ears, arms, and facial area were adjusted by hand to keep the bear shape full and balanced.
Workers checked the outline from different angles and corrected uneven sections before moving to the lighting stage. This kept the finished bear recognizable after the frame was covered.
LED Light Installation
LED string lights were installed across the head, body, arms, and lower structure. The lights followed the frame curves to create an even illuminated surface.
Warm golden LEDs covered the main body. Red lighting highlighted the Christmas hat and bow tie, while the facial section used separate white lighting.
The cables were fixed along the internal frame, with separate sections arranged for easier testing and maintenance.
Decorative Surface Finishing
Golden tinsel material was applied across the body, covering the internal frame and giving the bear a fuller daytime appearance.
The white face, black nose, red hat, and red bow tie were finished as separate color areas. Clear edges kept the main details visible after the lights were switched on.
The surface was then checked for gaps, loose material, and uneven coverage.
Factory Lighting Test
Before packing, the finished teddy bear Christmas light was powered on for a complete factory inspection.
The team checked the brightness, color separation, cable connections, frame condition, surface finish, and overall appearance.
Dark sections, loose wiring, and uneven lighting were corrected before shipment.
Protective Packing Before Shipment
After inspection, the display was wrapped with bubble film and protective packing materials.
Extra protection was added around the ears, arms, hat, bow tie, facial section, LED lights, and exposed frame areas to reduce movement and impact during transportation.
The packed decoration was then prepared for loading and shipment.
