From Design Shape to Metal Frame

The production started with the internal metal frame. Based on the required teddy bear shape, our workers formed and welded the main structure, including the head, ears, body, arms, facial area, and bottom support.

For large Christmas light displays, the metal frame is one of the most important parts of production. It decides the overall shape, standing stability, installation strength, and transportation safety of the finished display. A well-built frame also makes the following lighting and decoration work more accurate.

This case shows our factory’s ability to produce three-dimensional shaped frames for custom festival light displays, not only simple flat lighting products.

Handcrafted Structure Adjustment

During frame production, the teddy bear body needed to keep a rounded and full appearance. The arms, head, ears, and facial area also needed to remain balanced from the front view.

Because this type of product has an irregular 3D shape, manual adjustment is required during production. Workers need to check the outline, frame density, support points, and viewing angle before moving to the next step. This helps ensure that the final display still looks clear and recognizable after the lights and decorative materials are installed.

LED Light Installation

After the frame was completed, LED string lights were installed across the bear structure. The lighting layout followed the body shape so that the finished display could achieve an even and bright lighting effect.

Warm golden LEDs were used for the main body to create a Christmas atmosphere. Different lighting colors and arrangements can also be adjusted according to the project theme, such as warm white, cool white, red, RGB, or programmable lighting effects.

For custom light displays, LED installation is not only about brightness. The light distribution, wiring direction, connection method, and maintenance convenience all need to be considered during production.

Decorative Surface Finishing

The teddy bear surface was decorated with golden tinsel material, while the facial area, nose, hat, and bow tie were finished with different colors. These decorative materials help cover the internal frame and make the display look fuller during both daytime and nighttime use.

The color areas need to be separated clearly. The golden body, white face, black nose, red hat, and red bow tie must match the original design so that the bear keeps a clean and attractive appearance when viewed from a distance.

This step reflects the factory’s finishing ability for shaped light displays, including material wrapping, color matching, surface coverage, and detail treatment.

Factory Lighting Test and Appearance Check

Before packing, the finished teddy bear Christmas light display was tested in the factory. The lighting effect, wiring connection, decorative surface, frame condition, and overall appearance were checked before shipment.

Factory testing is an important part of custom holiday light display production. These products are often installed in public event spaces, so the finished display needs to be stable, bright, and ready for on-site installation after delivery.

Through testing before shipment, possible issues can be found and handled in the factory, reducing installation problems at the project site.

Protective Packing Before Shipment

After inspection, the display was wrapped with protective packing materials. Bubble wrap and other protective layers were used to protect the LED lights, decorative surface, and metal frame during transportation.

Large shaped light displays usually have irregular structures and many handmade details, so packing needs to be handled carefully. Proper protection helps reduce scratches, deformation, light damage, and surface material damage during loading, shipping, and unloading.
