Custom Santa Claus Light Sculpture Shipped to the USA
A custom Santa Claus light sculpture has completed production, inspection, packing, and container loading at Holilite and has now been shipped to the United States.
Designed as a large holiday display piece, the sculpture combines the familiar Santa Claus form with illuminated decorative details for use in commercial and public Christmas displays.
The sculpture was customized around the intended installation and display requirements. During development, the team adjusted the overall proportions, internal structure, and lighting arrangement so the finished piece would remain visually clear when viewed from a distance.
Steel Frame and Lighting Assembly
The Santa Claus sculpture was built around a reinforced steel frame, with the main joints and connection points welded and strengthened during fabrication. Once the frame was completed, the lighting and decorative sections were installed and checked as part of the assembly process.
Before packing, the finished sculpture went through structural inspection and full lighting tests. The lighting system was powered on to confirm that the illuminated sections were working correctly before the product moved to the shipping stage.
Packing and Container Loading
Because of the size and shape of the sculpture, the finished sections required additional protection before loading. Vulnerable areas were wrapped and reinforced to reduce the risk of scratches, impact, and movement during handling and ocean transport.
During container loading, the larger sections were positioned according to their size and shape so the available space could be used efficiently while keeping the packed components secure during transit.
