The 2M Red & Gold Christmas Ball Light is built with a full spherical steel structure, densely arranged red and gold LED string lights, and a large illuminated star pattern across the surface. The standard reference diameter is approximately 2 meters, using a hot-dip galvanized steel frame and outdoor waterproof LED string lights for large festive lighting projects.

| Product Type | 3D Red & Gold Christmas Ball LED Light | Reference Diameter | Approx. Ø2m |
| Main Structure | Hot-dip galvanized steel spherical frame | Light Source | Outdoor waterproof LED string lights |
| Main Colors | Red + Gold | LED Coverage | High-density full-surface coverage |
| Decorative Pattern | Illuminated star motif | Pattern Customization | Star size, quantity and position can be adjusted |
| Sphere Size | Ø2m reference model; other diameters available | LED Density | Adjusted according to diameter and required visual effect |
| Total Power | Calculated according to diameter, LED quantity and lighting density | Structure Type | One-piece or sectional depending on final dimensions |
| Production Time | Approx. 10–15 days after design confirmation | Warranty | 1 year |
The visual structure combines red base lighting, gold highlight zones, and illuminated star outlines. Red LEDs form the main color areas, while gold lighting increases contrast and brightness across the spherical surface. The star motif creates the primary decorative pattern.

Full-Surface Coverage
| Sphere Diameter | Reference size approx. Ø2m |
| Outer Structure | Curved steel sections form the complete spherical profile |
| Internal Support | Steel reinforcement added according to sphere diameter |
| Surface Frame | Multi-directional steel ribs support LED strings and decorative patterns |
| Star Area | Positioned on the spherical frame according to the approved design |
| Larger Sizes | Frame spacing, pattern scale and LED quantity are redesigned as diameter increases |
When the sphere is enlarged from Ø2m to Ø3m or more, the frame spacing, star pattern scale, LED quantity and string-light spacing should be redesigned. Simply enlarging the original layout can make the pattern appear too small or the lighting coverage too sparse.
The required LED quantity depends mainly on sphere diameter, steel-frame length, string-light spacing and pattern complexity. A large spherical installation needs consistent lighting coverage across multiple viewing angles.
| LED Coverage Area | Full spherical surface + star decorative areas |
| String-Light Spacing | Confirmed according to required brightness and project budget |
| Red LED Quantity | Calculated according to the red lighting area |
| Gold LED Quantity | Calculated according to gold zones and star pattern coverage |
| Total LED Quantity | Confirmed after final design approval |
| Total Power | Calculated from final LED quantity and electrical configuration |
This project-based calculation is more accurate than using one fixed wattage for every diameter. Different sphere sizes, red-to-gold ratios and star layouts all change the final LED quantity and power requirement.

The spherical steel structure can remain consistent while the surface lighting pattern is customized for different projects.
Large projects do not need to use only one diameter. Different sphere sizes can be combined to create a stronger scale variation across a festive lighting layout.
| Single Feature | One Ø2m or larger sphere used as a main installation |
| Same-Size Group | Multiple spheres of the same diameter arranged along streets, plazas or display zones |
| Mixed-Size Group | Different sphere diameters combined to create depth and scale variation |
| Unified Color Scheme | All spheres use the same red and gold lighting design |
| Series Design | Same spherical structure with different colors or decorative patterns |
Quality inspection focuses on sphere roundness, lighting distribution and decorative pattern alignment in addition to normal structural checks.
| Sphere Roundness Check | Checks the overall profile for visible deformation or uneven curvature |
| Structural Symmetry Check | Checks frame spacing and overall balance from different directions |
| Star Pattern Check | Checks star shape, angle, size and position against the approved design |
| Red / Gold Zone Check | Full illumination test confirms color-zone distribution |
| Dark-Area Check | Multiple viewing angles are checked for large unlit sections |
| Wiring Check | Checks LED fixing, connectors and individual lighting circuits |
| Full-Light Test | Complete sphere illuminated before packing |
Packing requirements depend directly on the final sphere diameter and structural design, so transport data should be confirmed before shipment.
| Installation Area | Confirm sphere diameter and required surrounding clearance |
| Foundation | Concrete, steel platform or other project-specific base |
| Fixing Method | Confirmed according to sphere size, base structure and site conditions |
| Power Location | Confirm distance between power supply and installation position |
| On-Site Assembly | Assembly sequence confirmed for large sectional versions |
| Lifting Requirement | Mechanical lifting requirement confirmed according to final size and actual weight |
