We smoothed the surface and prepared it for painting. For this project, we used a green patina-style color to match the classic Statue of Liberty appearance.
The color is applied in multiple layers to control depth and consistency, rather than a single coating. This gives the final surface a more natural and realistic look.
Sectional Production and On-Site Assembly
For large outdoor sculptures, we do not transport them as a single piece.
We divide the statue into sections, complete fabrication in the factory, and then assemble it on site. This makes transportation safer and more efficient.
During installation, we reconnect the structure, adjust alignment, and check stability to ensure the final structure is secure and visually correct.
